Alexander Woods Death, Obituary – Alexander Woods, an American rapper, well known by his stage as Big Scarr and best known for his tune “SoIcyBoyz,” passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 22 due to an accidental overdose of prescription medication. Big Scarr was recognized for his single “SoIcyBoyz.” Pooh Shiesty, Foogiano, and Tay Keith are some of the people he features. On April 16, 2021, he disseminated his first mixtape under his own name, titled Big Grim Reaper.
On the Billboard 200, the album reached its highest position at number 25. He became a member of the 1017 Records roster thanks to Gucci Mane. Big Scarr was born on April 7, 2000, and he spent his childhood years in the Magnolia neighborhood located within South Memphis, Tennessee. He was one of nine children, and he lived with his grandmother until she passed away when he was 13 years old. He was the youngest of the nine children.
When he was 16 years old, he was involved in a car accident that left him with facial scars, which is where he got the idea for his stage name, “Big Scarr.” Big Scarr didn’t always have a strong interest in rap music, but thanks to his friend and fellow musician Baby K, he eventually became more enthusiastic about the genre. The year 2019 marked the publication of his debut single, titled “Make a Play,” which has been seen 50,000 times on YouTube.
He remembers spending twenty dollars to record his debut song and two hundred dollars to record the accompanying music video. In the year 2020, he became a member of the American rapper Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records, which is distributed by Atlantic Records. The song “SoIcyBoyz” was published by him in 2021, and it included his cousin Pooh Shiesty as well as the American rapper Foogiano. Big Scarr has stated that fellow rappers Kodak Black and Boosie Badazz are his primary influences.
During the course of an interview with Revolt TV, he also mentioned that he was a fan of the American rapper Rod Wave.  Big Scarr said that he did not use written lyrics but instead developed his songs through a process known as “punching in.” This method is an alternative to using written lyrics.Big Scarr’s style has been compared to Freddie Gibbs’s by Steve Juon of Rap Reviews.
In the year 2020, Big Scarr suffered a hip wound from a gunshot, and the bullet traveled all the way to his spine. Because of this, he needed to have his appendix removed in addition to having his leg realigned.
