Ben Dendy Obituary, Death – CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee – My younger brother died early in the morning yesterday. He didn’t feel well for a long time. Benjamin lived his whole life with a spirit of fierce competition. He overcame one problem after another, all the while keeping that infectious smile on his face. He could change the mood of any room he walked into, and he was never scared of meeting new people. My brother and I thought the same thing about the other person: that they were an amazing person. I never knew what would happen the next time I saw him or answered one of his calls, but it always ended with a smile and a “love you, bro.”
I’m hurting, Dendy. You are the toughest and most determined Dendy who has ever lived. Because of how well we worked together, the things we did together will always hold a special place in my heart. Throughout the day, I’ll think about you a lot. You are the one who taught me a lot of life lessons that I will keep with me for the rest of my life. You were the most brave and kind person I’ve ever met, and you had room in your heart for everyone I met. I know that you and your dad are in the loft playing a modified version of Zelda for the GameCube, just like they did back in the good old days. I hope that you can get some sleep soon, brother. I love you.
