Bob Beyfuss Obituary, Death – On Thursday, we were dealt a terrible blow when we discovered that Bob Beyfuss, a beloved friend and fellow employee, had passed away unexpectedly in Florida.
Those of you who did not have the good fortune to know Bob should know that he was a superb educator, a nationally renowned ginseng specialist, and a long-tenured member of the CCE Greene team.
He was also so much more to us both personally and professionally. There would be no Agroforestry Resource Center in Acra if it weren’t for Bob. Those of us who had the honor and the privilege to call him a friend are suffering from severe emotional distress.
Over the next few weeks, as we come to terms with the loss that we have experienced as a group, we will share commemorative images, memories, and thoughts that have been sent by Bob’s staff and volunteers.
