Don Lewis death rumor, Carole Baskin Husband Found Alive – Tiger King’s Carole Baskin’s husband Don Lewis found alive in Costa Rica after reported dead when he was missing decades ago. Baskin, on the other hand, told The Post that she was uninformed of the claimed revelation until the sequel series premiered in November 2021.
Baskin also disclosed that her ex-husband, who was declared legally deceased in 2002 after going missing a few years earlier, is actually alive and well. “One of the really exciting things that came out of ‘Tiger King 2’ is that they produced a letter from Homeland Security and it says that a special agent in charge with the FBI at Homeland Security reached out to the sheriff’s detective George [Jorge] Fernandez,” Baskin told the outlet at the time.
“They stated Don Lewis, my husband, is alive and well in Costa Rica,” she revealed. “Yet all of this drama has been built around my having something to do with his absence, despite the fact that Homeland Security knows where he is.”
Lewis went missing in 1997 at the age of 59, and he would be 84 now if he is still alive
Carole is an animal rights activist in the United States and the CEO of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary located in Tampa, Florida. [1][2] She has brought the issue of captive large cats to the attention of local, national, and international media outlets.
Baskin rose to prominence after appearing in the 2020 Netflix real crime documentary series Tiger King, which follows Baskin’s developing rivalry with Oklahoma-based private zoo owner Joe Exotic.
