Cindy Martel Obituary, Death – Cindy Martel of Hopkinton, Massachusetts, has reportedly passed away unexpectedly leaving loved ones in agony. Cindy’s favorite things to do included writing and reading children’s books, going to estate sales, taking her dog Ruby for long walks, and cheering fervently for New England sports teams.

She has worked as a school librarian for the Hopkinton Public Schools for the past nine years, with seven of those years spent at Elmwood School specifically. Her husband Christopher B. Martel, along with their children Jessica S. and Joshua M. Martel, will never forget her. Neither will she be forgotten by them. Debora LaPlante, who lives in Medfield, and Lisa Friedman, who lives in Cambria, California, with her husband, Jeffrey, are Cindy’s two sisters. Lisa Friedman and her husband Jeffrey live in Cambria.
Her nieces and nephews include Lauren and her spouse Lynds, Christopher, Morgan, Sage, Sequoia, Uriah, Sawyer, Logan, Ashley, and Sierra. Her other nieces and nephews are Lynds’s children Morgan, Sage, Sequoia, and Uriah. Cindy wrapped a love blanket around each and every one of them.
