David Haller Obituary, Death – At the time of his passing on January 12, 2023, David George Haller was a patient at St. Agnes Hospital, which also served as the location of his passing. He is 77 years old and has had a full life. On March 8, 1945, in the village of Waupun, Norbert and Lucille (Boehmer) Haller became parents for the first time. They named their son Norbert. He was given the name of his mother at birth. Dave joined the Army National Guard after getting his graduating from Lomira High School and then went on to serve in that organization for a length of time.
During this time, he was also a member of the organization. Following Dave’s service in the armed forces, he received an honorable discharge, and then he enrolled in the engineering program at Moraine Park Technical College. On October 21, 1967, Dave Hefter wed Phyllis Hefter, and the pair went on to have two children together after they became parents. October 2019 will mark the commencement of his official retirement from Marchant-Schmidt, which will take effect the following month.
He devoted most of his spare time to attending auto events and working on classic cars as a result of his deep-seated passion for the automotive industry. He was a real car enthusiast. Dave enjoyed spending his free time doing things like going camping, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family. These were some of his favorite things to do. Dave is survived by his wife, Phyllis, his daughter Lisa (and her husband Kevin), his son Steve (and his wife Stacy), his grandchildren Ethan and Hailey Braeger, Korinn Karschney, Jacob and Kylee Haller, and his great-granddaughter Briella Karschney.
Dave is also survived by his great-granddaughter, Briella Karschney. Briella Karschney, Dave’s great-granddaughter, is also one of the people who will miss him after his passing. In addition to these individuals, he is survived by his sister Chris (Jim) Puls, his brother Mike (Rhonda) Haller, his brother-in-law John Speers, his cousins George and Geralyn Gsell, as well as a large number of other members of his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all of these people.
The 15th of April, 2018 was the day he died away. Before Dave passed away, both of his sisters, Geraldine Speers and Pat (Rick) Rost, lost their battles with their respective diseases and passed away. At the funeral service, no one other than members of the deceased’s close family will be present. After David’s departure, he will be put to rest in the Chapel of the Risen Christ, which is a part of the Calvary Mausoleum complex.
