Dermot Culligan Obituary, Death – We are deeply sorry to be the ones to break the news to each and every one of you about the passing of Dermot Culligan at this time, but we feel obligated to do so. We are keeping each and every one of you in our thoughts and prayers as we go through this difficult time. Over the period of more than 20 years, Dermot was never seen doing anything other than standing on the sidelines and cheering for Kilmacud Crokes.
A celebration was being held at the club at that time to mark the occasion of its first hundred years of existence. During this trying time, we want Kathy and Eoin Culligan, along with the rest of the Culligan family and friends, to know that we are thinking about and praying for all of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Culligan family and friends. You are worthy of the very best that the gods have to bestow upon mortals like yourself.
CULLIGAN On January 3, 2023, Dermot, who had once resided in Ennis, which is situated in County Clare, and more recently in Ballsbridge, which is located in Dublin 4, passed away. He had been lived in Ballsbridge. Dermot’s extended fight with illness ultimately resulted in his passing away at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Elm Park, where he was attended by his family and other loved ones at the time of his passing. He was surrounded by the presence of his loved ones, including his family and friends.
His wife Kathy is thrilled to have him as her partner in life, and he pays his whole attention to their son Eoin. He had an enormous amount of fondness for the people that lived in his villages, and they did the same for him. In their affections for one another, both sides showed complete and utter reciprocity. Because of his passing, his devoted and loving wife Kathy, his son Eoin, his sister Emer, his brothers Ronan, St. John, and Michael, and his mother Mary, in addition to his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, will all experience a profound void in their lives.
