Forrest Jacobs Obituary, Death – On July 5, 1955, he entered this world in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. His parents, Keith Anthony Jacobs and Leonora Jennie Johnson Jacobs, had eight previous children. Before Forrest could even walk, his family relocated from Carbondale to the nearby town of Silt. It’s in this area that he spent his formative years. He wed Laurie Lee Woolstenhulme on July 29, 1978. On January 15, 1980, they were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Forrest had his own kind of modesty. While his reserved nature may have come out as nasty or furious, he was really simply extremely private. Even though Forrest didn’t display or rely on many feelings, he was fiercely devoted to his wife and children and would do everything to keep them safe. He was a Master Plumber and believed that a person’s character could be gauged by the quality of their work. His health issues began when he was a young kid, making his life difficult. However, he always defied the expectations of his medical professionals by pushing himself to the limit and achieving his life goals. His close friends and family members were awed by his resilience and persistence. He never discussed his difficulties with anybody or sought solutions to them.
Forrest was the kind of person who would find joy in the smallest of things and spread that joy to everybody who would listen. He appeared at ease doing the job of Heavenly Father in nature. His girlfriend Laurie shared his passion for the outdoors, and the two often went on long drives together. Dad was content when he could see and participate in the joyful banter of his loved ones. Although he didn’t want to participate, his enthusiasm for the festivities was clear in his bright, shining eyes.
As a family, he was pleased with the achievements of his wife, children, and their spouses and offspring. He told everybody who would listen, including members of his family, friends, and church as well as random people on the street. But his favorite subject of conversation was his wife and all the things she had accomplished. The only people who knew Forrest personally were his wife Laurie and their three children, Jenni (Harvey) Lowell, Levi (Courtney), and Courtney (Aaron) Wessman. Austin, Alexis, Riley, and Adisen Jacobs, as well as Gavin and Adisen Lowell, are his grandkids. He has four brothers and a sister named Keith, John, William, and Marla Paul. All of his close relatives predeceased him, including his parents, brothers Carl and Jerry, and sisters Janelle O’Brien and Diane Capps.
