Glynda Thompson Obituary, Death – We wish to express our deepest condolences to Glynda’s family and friends on the loss of their beloved mother and grandmother. She served as President of the Mississippi County Historical and Genealogical Society throughout her time in the position.
Glynda was one of the first members of the organization and devoted a great deal of effort to ensuring that the history of Mississippi county would be maintained. She was a woman of unwavering devotion to her Lord and never skipped a prayer in the midst of her busy life. She will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her! The viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 17, from 3 to 7 p.m.
The funeral is scheduled to take place on January 18 at 10 in the morning. The Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola will serve as the gathering place for everyone. “Your work has been commendable, and you have been faithful in your service.”
“lynda was always there when you reall needed someone she was my Sunday School Teacher She lead singing in Church .she would alway get the youth together to have bunkin Parties wow she lead choir she even help the teen Age girl have a singing group she was my Special friend and I sure will miss her love you RIP Glynda Thompson”
