Our hearts go out to the student’s family and friends. During this trying time, we want the family and friends of the student to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers. I want to thank you in advance for remembering to keep Hunter’s family in your thoughts and prayers, and I ask that you please remember to do so.
It is always a terrible and devastating event when a student passes away, but in our community in particular, the death of a student is extremely significant because of how tiny it is. One may even go so far as to claim that we are a family since we are more than simply a collection of names. It is never easy to grieve the loss of a loved one, but the process is much more challenging when the person who died away was at such a young age. In addition, those who have never dealt with the grief of a loss comparable to this one may find it more challenging to do so now.
