According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, James Webb, forty years old, tragically passed away as a result of injuries he got after being struck by a car on Jackson County 8 approximately three miles north of Woodville. The location of the accident is approximately three miles north of Woodville.
Because of the injuries he had in the collision, Webb sadly passed away as a result of those injuries. About three miles to the north of Woodville is where the accident happened. You can find it there. When we ran across Webb, he had recently departed Jackson County 8 and was currently traveling to Woodville. When the incident that resulted in Webb’s injuries occurred, he was on his way from Jackson County 8 to Woodville, and he was wounded as he was traveling. As a direct consequence of this event, Webb sustained injuries. Webb had already begun his journey to Woodville prior to the occurrence of the event, and he incurred his injuries while he was still traveling in the direction of Woodville at the time of the incident.
The collision took place rather late in the evening, maybe about 9:15 o’clock. During the course of the inquiry that was carried out outside at the location where it had taken place, it came to light that Webb had passed away at an unspecified point in time in the past. This information was revealed. Despite the fact that the driver has been traced and identified, no legal action will be taken against them at this time. The fact that they have been located does not change the reality that this is still the case.
