Albrecht, who had been her husband for the previous 42 years, was her spouse. He was her one and only experience with genuine love, and she knew he was her soulmate. She cannot contain her excitement at reuniting with him and sharing the upcoming cocktail hour with him at five o’clock. She is survived by her daughters Cynthia J. Hunt and her husband Albin of West Boylston and Gail E. Ball of Worcester, as well as by her brother Robert McInnis and his wife Abigail of Cape Cod, a total of 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, in addition to a number of nieces and nephews.
Her brother Robert McInnis and his wife Abigail of Cape Cod also survive her. Her children, Linda Harris and Steven Albrecht, as well as her grandson, Jonathan Ball, all went away before her passing. She is the only member of her family to be still alive today. Janet had more than 20 years of experience working as a clerk for the Holden Water Department when she retired and moved to Clearwater Beach in Florida. She had a lot of fun times there with her family and her friends when she was younger. It was one of her favorite places to go.
The beach and her view of the intercoastal canal, where she could watch dolphins swimming past, were two of her favorite things about the location. Throughout the entirety of her life, she remained a faithful member of the First Congregational Church located in Leicester. She was a graduate of Holden High School and the daughter of Wallace and Elizabeth (Kelton) McInnis. Her mother’s maiden name was Kelton. Holden is the city where she was born, and both of her parents still make their home there.
