Eric McCallister will preside over the funeral services that are to be held in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise, Alabama in the afternoon of Friday, January 20, 2023 at the hour of four o’clock. Following the funeral rites, the cremation of the body will take place.

On May 5, 2007, Jay was born in Savannah, Georgia, in the United States. His parents are Wade and Deepa Patel Wassenberg. He enjoyed spending time not just with his loved ones but also with his pals and playing video games. He had a taste for food as well, particularly crab legs. His grandfathers, Richard Wassenberg and Gamanlal Patel, as well as his own father, all passed away before he was born.
His mother, Deepa Patel Wassenberg, his stepfather, Andrew McCallister, his sister, Maya Wassenberg, and his brother, Emmett McCallister; his grandmothers, Damyantiben Patel and Mary Wassenberg (Jon Gordon); his aunts Bijal Dowling (Terence), Lauren Wassenberg, and Rinku Gokal (Kamlesh); and his uncle, Kartik Gopal, are among those who survived his passing (Catherine).
