Kenneth Zimmer Death, Obituary – Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Kenneth Zimmer of New Jersey who has passed away untimely and unexpectedly. Ken has been employed by the British Columbia Parks Service for the past quarter of a century, having moved from Ontario to the west coast in search of a better job opportunity. After he retired, he planned to spend his time at home with Shadow, his devoted canine companion, engaging in the pursuits that tickled his interest, and doing some sightseeing when he felt like getting out of the house.
He was a devoted supporter of his children, and in recent years, he took special satisfaction in the fact that he was able to help his kids buy their first automobiles thanks to the fact that he was in a financial position to do so. He was always looking out for their best interests. Since he was a little boy, he has maintained a lifelong fascination with the game of golf, and the Smithers Golf & Country Club has always been one of his favorite locations to visit.
In point of fact, he took part in the competition on the very first day of the training course, which took place on April 30. This was just a little more than a week before he passed away. His grin, which was always warm and inviting, as well as his generosity in general, will be much missed. He was a really kind and giving man.
His wife Edna, their children Jennifer and Michael, and his brothers Bryan and Warren, along with their respective families, will think of him with a great lot of affection in the future. Also remembering him fondly will be his extended family. Other members of his family will look back on him with happy memories as well.
