Leonard Olidge Obituary, Death – Authorities have identified the person who was killed in a gunshot that took place over the weekend on Esplanade Avenue. The incident resulted in a fatality. According to information provided by the coroner for Orleans Parish on Tuesday, Leonard Olidge was 42 years old. He was found on Sunday evening about 7 o’clock in a car that had crashed close to the intersection of Esplanade Avenue and North Derbigny Street (map), which is on the edges of the Treme neighborhood in New Orleans.
This is according to the police. He was taken to the hospital after suffering many gunshot wounds, but he ultimately couldn’t overcome the effects of his injuries and passed away there.
