Lisa Vaughn Obituary, Death – Lisa Vaughn,36, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at her home. Lisa was born on June 9, 1981. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. Lisa adored playing the piano and flute. She used her artistic skills in crafting crafts, handcrafted cards, loved her stuffed animals and was a brilliant writer.
Lisa graduated from Mount Tabor High School where she participated in the marching band, UNC Asheville with a bachelors degree in Math and Economics, a Master’s degree in Counseling from UNC Greensboro and was working on a Master’s degree in Bio-Statistics at UNC Chapel Hill.
Lisa showed a genuine interest in our Veterans and was participating in the Adopt a U.S. Soldier Program. Lisa was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Lewis D. Vaughn and Pauline Vaughn, Maternal Grandparents, Rev. Frank Heffner and Mae Rene Heffner.
Lisa is survived by her husband of eleven years, Nathanael Fuller of the home; her parents, Sylvia and Bob Earnhardt of Winston-Salem; four brothers, Jason Vaughn, Brandon (Angelique) Vaughn, Bryan (Julia) Earnhardt and Steven (Megan) Earnhardt; two sisters, Ashley (Jacob) Meadows and Tammie (Kelly) Anderson; her grandfather, Lee Earnhardt; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Lisa will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 29, 2017 at New Hope United Methodist Church in Winston-Salem by Rev. William Currie and Dr. Rev. Suzanne G. Michael.
