Marjan Sevsek Obituary, Death – It is with deep regret that we must inform you that the passing of our member, Marjan Sevsek. The members of Marjan’s family, as well as his friends and community, will grieve his passing and miss him greatly.
On January 18, 2023, he passed away peacefully after a lengthy struggle with dementia. His family was by his side when he passed away. He had 79 years under his belt. Mihelca’s devoted husband, who predeceased him. He was the loving father of Mary, Tony (Andrea), Mirko (Agnes), and Steve (Norma), all of whom he cherished deeply (Denis). All five of his grandchildren adored having him as their grandfather: Erik, Darian, Natalia, Katrina, and Josie.
Marjan’s loved ones and friends in Slovenia will miss him greatly and think about him with a heavy heart.
Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects to the deceased at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel located at 2180 Hurontario Street in Mississauga on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W.). Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at ten in the morning. The church is located at 739 Browns Line in Etobicoke. The interment will take place at the cemetery known as the Assumption.
