Michael Freeze Obituary, Death – Michael A. Freeze, who was 51 years old at the time of his untimely death, passed away at the Mercy Health-St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The circumstances surrounding his passing were unexpected. The 24th of July, 1970 found Michael Freeze being born in Youngstown, Ohio. His family and friends call him “Mike,” and he was given that moniker at birth. Robert Freeze and Jean (McCrea) Freeze are his parents, and he is their son. He is their only child.
He had lived in the Mahoning Valley for the entirety of his life when he graduated from Boardman High School in 1989 with his high school diploma. He had done so. Both Lakeside Campgrounds at Berlin Lake and the Youngstown Dart Association counted Mike as a member, the latter of which was an organization in which he had been a member in the past (YDA). Mike enjoyed spending his spare time going camping with his family and friends, watching and listening to NASCAR races, playing pool, and listening to music. He also enjoyed playing pool. In addition to that, he liked to play billiards.
Mike’s family includes his grandmother, Jean M. Freeze of Struthers; his mother, Jean M. Freeze of Boardman; his father, Robert P. (Cindy) Freeze of Boardman; his grandfather, Robert Freeze of Boardman; his sister, Sharon L. Baker of Boardman; two stepsisters, Gloria L. Short of Boardman and Michele L. (John) Phillips of New Middletown; and two nieces, Colleen A. Baker of Boardman and Catherine
His maternal grandmother Patricia Freeze, as well as his paternal grandparents Thomas and Agnes McCrea, as well as his brother Robert C. Freeze and his brother-in-law James M. Baker, all passed away before he did. In addition, his paternal grandfather was named Thomas McCrea and his maternal grandfather was named Patricia Freeze.
