Miriam Grosse Obituary, Death – At the age of one hundred, Mimi, also known as Miriam Emily Grosse, passed away on December 27, 2022 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Miriam was born in London, England, in 1922, and she and her family emigrated to the United States in 1925. Miriam spent her early years in New York City. The family settled down in Newark, which is located in New Jersey. The secretarial course that Miriam was taking is now complete. It wasn’t until 1944 that she was able to fulfill the requirements to become a naturalized citizen of the United States.
She wed William Raymond Grosse in 1945, and the couple was officially divorced in 1970 after a marriage that lasted until 1945. Between the years of 1966 and 1986, Miriam split her time between working and raising her family in the states of Massachusetts and New Jersey. She finally made her home in New Port Richey, Florida, and remained there until the day she passed away in the year 2021. In addition to the painting community, the stamp collecting group, and the organic gardening community, Miriam was active in a variety of other communities as well. Due to the fact that she has such a strong interest in politics, she has never skipped an election and never misses an opportunity to exercise her right to vote.
Her mother Edith and her father Ernest Babcock, together with her four siblings Gladys, Edward, Sylvia, and Vera, had all passed away before she was born. Her parents were not there to welcome her. In addition to her three children, Valerie Thelma Pearson, Joanne Siri Asbee, and Cynthia Olivia Grosse, she is survived by her younger brother Raymond Babcock, who lives in Matawan, New Jersey. Her children’s names are Valerie Thelma Pearson, Joanne Siri Asbee, and Cynthia Olivia Grosse. She is the grandma of five grandkids and five great-grandchildren in addition to her own five grandchildren. The Bayview Cemetery in Middletown, New Jersey is the location of the memorial ceremony that will be held on May 6.
