Mr. Watkins had resided in Grand Falls-Windsor for the entirety of his life. Mr. Watkins has lived in the Grand Falls-Windsor area for the all of his life. Mr. Watkins has spent his whole life in the Grand Falls-Windsor region, and considers it to be his permanent home. He has 84 years of expertise under his belt.
