Rhonda Ann Naquin was a native Franklin resident, having spent most of her life in the city in which she was born. Rhonda was a dedicated educator who dedicated most of her life to the mission of having a good influence on the lives of young people. She was successful in this attempt. As a result of the fact that she had accomplished all of the coursework required for a Ph.D. in education other than the dissertation, she regarded herself to remain a student for the rest of her life.
Reading, listening to music, cooking meals, spending time with her cat Munch, and spending time in her yard caring for the plants and flowers there were some of her favorite things to do in her spare time. She also enjoyed spending time with her cat. In her spare time, she cherished quality spent with her loved ones. Since she saw her family as the most important thing in her life, she made it a point to spend as much time as she could with them. She believed that this was the best use of her time. All of the individuals who had the good fortune to have known her will mourn her passing with a profound and sincere feeling of loss because she was one of them.
