Richard Sposa Obituary, Death – We are sorry to inform you of the passing of retired Lieutenant Richard Sposa, who died away yesterday, on the 12th of January 2023. His departure serves as a painful reminder of the good moments we had together in the past. On the 12th of this month, he died away while he was sleeping, and it was a beautiful passing.
It was brought to our attention that he had passed away, and our sincere condolences are offered to you for the inconvenience this gives you. The news of his passing away was brought to our attention. Even hearing that Dad had passed away was a rude awakening for us at this point in time. We regret to inform you of the tragic news that he has passed away, but we are obligated to do so and do so with a heavy heart. It is with deep regret that we must inform you of this.
It was in 1973 when he started his career as a police officer with the Norwood Police Department, and he continued to serve in that position there until 2013, when he decided to take early retirement from the department. During that period of time, he was in a position to have a significant degree of influence over the department. In 2013, after a period of time had elapsed, he arrived at the conclusion that retiring was the most rational option that was open to him. Ricky has spent his entire life in Norwood, and he is an extremely involved member of the community there. He volunteers his time to assist with the emergency medical services that the city offers. Ricky has never been outside of Norwood.
During this difficult time for Ricky and the rest of his family, it is important to remember to keep Ricky’s wife, Alice, and the rest of Ricky’s family in your thoughts and prayers. Please remember to do so. If you don’t currently do this, you should make it a priority to start. Regarding this issue, I would be grateful if you would give it some thought while you go about your day and carry on as you normally would, and I will continue to appreciate it.
I will keep you in my prayers, hoping that you will soon discover peace and fulfillment in your life. Lieutenant Richard Sposa.
