Robinson Joy Obituary, Death – Joy Lynn (Horton) Robinson was brought into this world on May 13, 1959, to parents Rozella and Glenn Horton. She spent her childhood in Spencer, with her grandmother and her siblings. Dunjee was where Joy completed her secondary education. She eventually married Joe Robinson, who was from Shreveport, Louisiana; they met later on. They chose to begin their family life together.
Joy was precisely like her name. She put a smile on everyone’s face, made them laugh, and filled them with love as she went about her day. If you were to meet her and she liked you, you would no longer be considered her friend but rather a member of her family. Joy took tremendous pleasure in spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom referred to her as “Maw Ma.” Joy not only brought up her own children, but she also assisted in the upbringing of her grandkids and great-grandchildren. When you had Maw Maw, you didn’t need a day care.
On the 15th of December, 2022, Joy received her wings. Her parents, both of her grandfathers, both of her brothers, one of her sons, and one of her grandsons all passed away before she was born. She is remembered by her husband, Joe Robinson; her three children, Monica and Joe Hollins, Laquita Robinson, and Ethan Robinson, all of Midwest City, Oklahoma; her nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; her three sisters, Lanita (Horton) Walton of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Tiba Horton and Michelle Horton, both of Plano, Texas; and her five brothers, Glen Horton Jr. of Spencer, Oklahoma, Will Horton of Jones, Oklahoma, Ronald Horton, Frank
