Shawn Crider Obituary, Death – Shawn Jeffery Crider, who was 56 years old and was originally from Bremen, Alabama, passed suddenly in a manner that was unexpected on the morning of Friday, December 30, 2018. The arrival of Shawn Crider into the world was celebrated by his parents, Grant and Linda Crider, who lived in the Cold Springs neighborhood at the time of his birth on September 1st, 1966. When his parents were born, they were both given the name Shawn as their first name. Shawn was the middle son of three sons, all of whom had spent their childhoods working on the family farm and engaging in a variety of sports. Shawn was the most athletic of the three brothers. Out of the three children, Shawn was the most athletic of the bunch. During his time as a student at Cold Springs High School, Shawn took part in every single sport for which the school’s athletic department fielded a squad.
He received his high school education from Cold Springs. Shawn continued his athletic career by enrolling at Brewer State University in 1984, the year after he graduated from high school and received his diploma. There, he satisfied his need for exercise by participating in sports activities such as baseball and basketball before returning home to assist with the family business. Shawn took part in a wide array of athletic competitions beginning in 1984 and continuing until his return to his hometown in 1997. In recognition of all of the achievements that Shawn has attained throughout the course of his life, the Cullman County Sports Hall of Fame came to the conclusion in 2009 that he should be inducted into the hall’s ranks. This was done as a way to pay tribute to Shawn.
Shawn has a positive reputation and was held in high esteem by the other residents of the neighborhood in where he lived. He was a vital contributor, together with his father and siblings, to the development of a humble chicken farm into a flourishing enterprise that today offers work for more than 125 people. Shawn served as Chief Executive Officer of HH Technologies during the length of the firm’s amazing growth over the course of 20 years while the company was under his leadership. The company that operates under the moniker HH Technologies formerly went by the name Hired Hand. Simply being in the same room as him made it impossible not to pick up on the upbeat mood he exuded. The man had a personality that was larger than life in every sense of the phrase, and it fit him well. When he goes away, everyone will feel the loss of him in their own individual and unique way.
His children Austin Crider (Willie), Garrett Crider, Sydney Crider, and Keaton Kinney; his brothers Tony Crider (Wendy) and Brett Crider (Stephanie); and a large number of extended family members, including aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, survive him. Austin Crider was married to Willie Crider. Garrett Crider, Sydney Crider, and Keaton Kinney are also his children. His mother, Linda Crider; his father, Grant Crider; and his three children, Austin Crider (Willie), Garrett Crider, and Sydney Crider; his wife, Mandy Crider; his father, Grant Crider; and his mother, Linda Crider He was a devoted friend to all of his friends in addition to being a caring spouse and parent.
On the afternoon of Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, memorial services honoring the departed will be held at Daystar Church in Good Hope, Alabama.
