Later on, it was discovered that on the evening of the 25th, his condition deteriorated, and it was established that he had injured both his heart and lungs. It was unknown whether this was the result of the accident or a preexisting condition that he had been suffering from. It has been accomplished with all of the expertise and consideration that was possible to alleviate the suffering of the sufferer. One of the local newspapers makes the following statement in reference to the operation that was performed to repair the fractured jaw: “The patient’s jaw, which had been broken three times, was expertly set by Dr. Beer on Monday morning after the patient had been in a car accident.
The patient endured a great deal of discomfort during the procedure; nonetheless, it was successful, and they now appear relaxed and content. It was a very astute move to perform the surgery in the manner that they did. The head of the patient was positioned such that it faced the opposite direction of the patient’s body while they were reclining, and eight bandages were used to support the patient’s chin and jaw. Several guys volunteered their assistance. These bandages were removed as the surgeon moved the jaw, which ultimately resulted in the fractures in the jaw being closed simultaneously.
” Additionally, medical assistance was dispatched from Sydney; however, it does not appear to have been of any use. On the day I described above, at exactly 2:20 p.m., his honor passed away, putting an end to his suffering. On Monday, his grave at Braidwood was marked with the burial of his body.
